What is it?
Here, the patient's upper and lower jaws were already well matched in size and position (a Class I bite) — the problem was simply not enough room for all the teeth, leading to severe crowding, twisting and overlap. To create space, four premolars were removed — one from each back corner, upper and lower — and braces were used to align the remaining teeth and close the spaces fully.
How we treat it:
A Note From Dr. Ajay
The finish here isn't textbook-perfect — the patient had to remove the braces earlier than planned and leave the country before treatment could be fully completed. Even with that, the result is a stable, functional bite with a real, significant improvement over where the patient started.
